About Cheryl

Cheryl A. Hodgkin, LL.B., has more than 27 years of experience practising matrimonial and divorce law, covering child and spousal support, custody, access, and child-mobility issues. She handles equalization of net family property and asset valuation for married and common-law couples, along with separation, cohabitation, prenuptial, and marriage agreements, and she has extensive litigation experience. She's a graduate of the University of Windsor law school and was the school's first graduate to clerk at the Supreme Court of Canada, assisting Justice John Sopinka with appeals, leave applications, and research. She has also served on the Legal Aid Area Committee for Essex County. Her practice offers virtual, video-based family-law guidance.
