About Natalie

Natalie Levine is a partner and Co-Chair of the Restructuring & Insolvency Group. As a former U.S. practitioner, she has particular strength in working with U.S.-based clients to navigate the Canadian insolvency landscape. Her practice focuses on corporate restructurings across various industries, with emphasis on debtors, court officers, and DIP lenders in cross-border proceedings. She holds a J.D. from Columbia University (2007) and is licensed to practice in Ontario, Alberta, New York, and the District of Columbia.
