About Naila

Naila Waheed was called to the Ontario Bar in 2017. She completed a Bachelor of Arts in public administration and justice studies at York University in 2012, then began law school at the State University of Buffalo before finishing her degree at the University of Windsor in 2016. During law school she held a judicial clerkship, volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada, and worked as a Community Legal Aid student caseworker. Her practice covers property division, spousal and child support, equalization, separation, and collaborative resolution, and she has appeared before the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Superior Court, and Small Claims Court on civil and family litigation matters. She speaks English, Hindi, and Urdu.
