About Nahanni

Nahanni Fellenz received her JD with Distinction from the University of Alberta, where she was an editor with the Alberta Law Review, a research assistant, and President of OUTlaw, a student organization focused on 2SLGBTQI+ advocacy; she was Valedictorian for the class of 2021 and received the George Bligh O'Connor Silver Medal in Law and the Merv Leitch Q.C. Prize. In 2025, Nahanni joined Chivers Carpenter as a research and writing lawyer, writing papers, opinions, briefs and factums on labour, employment, administrative, human rights and privacy law. Prior to joining the firm, she articled and practised as an associate at an international law firm in Edmonton.
