Nadia Tucci has been a member of the Barreau du Québec since 1999. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce, earned with honours in 1994, and an LL.B., also earned with honours, in 1998. She articled and began her career in 1999 at Gasco Lelarge, later known as Gasco Goodhue St Germain, before leaving in 2005 to found her own practice. She now handles civil and commercial litigation before Quebec's courts, at both trial and appeal level, as well as before arbitration tribunals, in matters including insurance, real estate (including latent defects and breach of purchase promises), contract disputes, civil and professional liability, damages claims, landlord-tenant law, construction, and hypothecary recourse and debt recovery. She practises in French, English and Italian.
