About Clément

Clement Gascon is Senior Counsel at Woods, which he joined in the spring of 2020 after more than 17 years in the Canadian judiciary, including service as a justice of the Supreme Court of Canada. He is a Companion of the Order of Canada (C.C.) and holds the Ad. E. (Avocat emerite) honorific; the firm's team page lists him with the honorific prefix "Hon."
