N. Noemi Argueta completed her law degree at the University of British Columbia in 2017 with a focus on social justice, including an externship at Rise Women's Legal Centre and translation work for the Law Students' Legal Advice Program. She articled at a mid-sized firm handling civil matters before moving into family law, with a particular interest in guardianship, adoption, parenting, and Hague Convention applications.
