About Mark

Mark heads Segev LLP's US practice from St. Louis, where he has spent more than two decades advising clients in the gaming and gambling industry. He joined the firm in 2017 and now oversees matters spanning corporate structuring, securities work, M&A, due diligence, and commercial agreement drafting alongside regulatory compliance. His clients operate in mobile and online gambling, poker, lotteries, bookmaking, skill gaming, fantasy sports, and e-sports, and he has written legal opinions covering many of these niches. He has helped gaming and gambling companies secure regulatory approval in numerous US states, including California, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Ohio. Before Segev, Mark founded the consultancy BolaVerde Media Group and co-founded the iGaming North America conference. He belongs to the Missouri Bar, the American Bar Association, and International Masters of Gaming Law.
