Myriam Brahimcha has more than 30 years of experience and concentrates her practice on commercial law, corporate law, and mergers and acquisitions. She advises a diverse business clientele, mainly small and mid-sized businesses, on their day-to-day operations, growth projects, corporate reorganizations and strategic transactions. Myriam Brahimcha also has recognized expertise advising healthcare professionals, including pharmacists, physicians and dentists, guiding them from the incorporation of their practice through to its eventual transfer. After spending close to 20 years contributing to the growth of Nault Avocats, including as senior partner and manager, she rejoined the firm as counsel. She was called to the Barreau du Québec in 1996, and holds a bachelor of law (1995) and a bachelor's degree in economics (1989), both from Université Laval.
