About Mc

Mc Christian Casimir practices business law, focusing on transactional, commercial and corporate matters. He participates in negotiating and drafting commercial agreements, supports companies through strategic transactions, and works on corporate law and regulatory compliance issues. Before joining Nault Avocats, he was in-house counsel at TMX Group and practiced privately, supporting entrepreneurs through the startup, growth and sale of their businesses. A high-level athlete, Mc Christian Casimir played for the Vert & Or at Université de Sherbrooke and the Carabins at Université de Montréal, earning recognition as a U Sports Academic All-Canadian and a Carabins athletic excellence academic star. He was called to the Barreau du Québec in 2020, holds a bachelor of law and a graduate diploma in common law and transnational law from Université de Sherbrooke (2019), and is currently completing a master's in law, focused on business law and financial products and markets, at Université de Montréal.
