About Jennifer

Jennifer MacKenzie is a partner and co-founder of JMJ Workplace Investigation Law LLP, established in 2013 as one of the first Canadian law firms to practise exclusively in workplace investigations. She practised employment law at a boutique Toronto firm for nearly 20 years beforehand and has investigated workplace harassment, sexual harassment, violence, human rights, and misconduct matters. She is co-author of two employment law books, Mediating Employment Disputes and Human Resources Guide to Managing Workplace Harassment.
