About Mitchell

Mitchell Ferreira maintains a broad commercial litigation practice with a focus on complex commercial disputes, class actions, and white collar and regulatory defence, and has appeared at all levels of court in British Columbia and in arbitration. Before joining DJA Counsel he articled at a national firm with a leading litigation practice and clerked for five justices of the BC Supreme Court, and represented UVic in the Gale Cup Moot competition. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Advocates Society, and the Vancouver Bar Association.
