About Tim

Tim is a Metis lawyer from Yorkton, Saskatchewan, raised in North Battleford. He was called to the Saskatchewan bar in 2005 and to the Alberta bar in 2009. His practice focuses mainly on criminal defence, and he regularly appears in jury and non-jury trials, preliminary inquiries, bail hearings, sentencing hearings, and appeals. He previously worked as a prosecutor at the Cree Court in Meadow Lake. He belongs to several legal associations and serves as executive director of Saskatoon Community Mediation Services, specializing in victim-offender mediation and conflict resolution training.
