About Mike
Mike Godinho practises criminal defence for individuals facing criminal and quasi-criminal charges, having focused his practice exclusively on criminal law since his call to the bar. He began his career as an Assistant Crown Attorney before moving into defence work. His trial experience spans serious violence, shootings, drug offences, driving under the influence, robberies, home invasions, sexual assaults, fraud, and child pornography cases. Drawing on his background in prosecution, he brings Charter applications to challenge unlawfully obtained evidence. He holds a B.A. from Ryerson University and a J.D. from Western University's Faculty of Law, and represents clients in Portuguese.
