About Mike
Mike Biliski is a partner in the labour law group at Koskie Minsky, appearing before the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Canada Industrial Relations Board, at grievance arbitration and before other tribunals. That client base includes construction trade unions, public sector unions, industrial trade unions, and education sector unions and associations, with particular skill in construction industry certification and displacement applications. Mike earned a J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2012 and was called to the Ontario bar in 2013. Memberships include the Canadian Association of Labour Lawyers, the Ontario Bar Association and the Canadian Bar Association. Before law school Mike held a string of jobs, including work as a baker.
