About Aryan
Aryan is an associate in Koskie Minsky's class action group, where he has represented class members in matters involving anticompetitive conduct, product liability, breach of contract, privacy breaches, systemic negligence, and Charter breaches. He has also acted as counsel in complex commercial disputes and insolvency proceedings, and has appeared before courts in both Ontario and British Columbia. In law school he received the Joan Lax Memorial Award as top oralist in the Warren K. Winkler Class Actions Moot and sat on the executive committee of the University of Toronto law school's community legal clinic. Aryan earned his JD from the University of Toronto in 2015 and an LLB from the London School of Economics in 2012, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2016.
