Mikail Osman is an associate in the firm's Toronto office with a focus on energy sector infrastructure projects, including nuclear, solar, wind, hydroelectric generation, and battery storage. He represents public and private sponsors, developers, and investors in development, acquisition, financing, structuring, and regulation of energy infrastructure projects. He also advises on a range of transactions including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and securities offerings. During his articling term, he completed a secondment at Ontario Power Generation advising on renewable energy and clean technology transactions.
