About Tayyaba

Tayyaba Khan is a partner in the Capital Markets Group and co-chair of the firm's Cannabis Group. She advises public and private companies, startups, and entrepreneurs on mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, corporate governance, and venture capital transactions. She has significant experience advising cannabis companies, including licensed producers and retail operators, on strategic transactions and compliance matters. Before joining the firm, she worked in the cannabis industry as counsel to Canopy Growth Corporation on M&A transactions and capital raises.
