About Miguel
Miguel Mangalindan is a Senior Partner at Monkhouse Law who represents both employers and employees in workplace disputes across Toronto. He has appeared before the Divisional Court and Superior Court, and has represented clients before the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, the Ontario Labour Relations Board and the Social Security Tribunal of Canada. His work covers wrongful dismissal, severance reviews, employment contracts, discrimination, disability insurance claims and workplace investigations. He previously practised civil litigation at a boutique firm before joining Monkhouse Law. Miguel earned his Juris Doctor at the University of Windsor, with an exchange semester at the University of Lucerne, after completing an honours arts degree in psychology at McGill University. He speaks English and Tagalog and serves as past Chair of the Ontario Bar Association's Labour and Employment Law section.
