He is a member of the Competition, Antitrust and Foreign Investment group, focusing on competition law matters including contested merger litigation, class actions, merger review, price fixing and cartel investigations, abuse of dominance, joint ventures and strategic alliances. He also advises on foreign investment merger review under the Investment Canada Act and has appeared before the Federal Court of Appeal, Competition Tribunal and Ontario Superior Court.
