About Michele

Michele has over 25 years of experience practicing in the field of intellectual property law and offers a full range of IP services. She is authorized to practice as a trademark agent in both Canada and the United States. She joined Gowling Lafleur Henderson LLP as an associate for almost 10 years and became qualified as a trademark agent. In 2007, she set up her own practice, and in 2009 became a founding partner of Ballagh & Edward LLP. In 2022, she returned to sole practice as BLAZE IP. She is an active member of the Hamilton Law Association and Intellectual Property Institute of Canada.
