Michael W. Chadwick is a partner at Flaherty McCarthy whose practice centers on insurance litigation, including tort jury trials and accident benefits disputes. He has appeared at trial, in arbitration, and on appeal, and he also works to resolve cases through negotiation and mediation when possible. His case history includes decisions such as Yasmin v. Alexander at the Ontario Court of Appeal and a successful summary judgment motion in Desbois v. Wood.
