About Frank
Frank is Managing Partner of Flaherty McCarthy LLP and has practised insurance and personal injury litigation since his call to the Ontario Bar in 1999. His work covers tort claims, accident benefit disputes, coverage issues, and cross-border matters, and he appears at all levels of Ontario courts, at arbitrations and mediations, and is often retained as a mediator himself. He earned his LL.B. on an entrance scholarship from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1997. Frank has taught Insurance Law at Queen's Law School and takes part in Osgoode Hall's Insurance Law practical program as a guest lecturer. He has also served as past President of the Thomas Moore Lawyers' Guild of Toronto.
