About Michael
Michael practises with BOYNECLARKE LLP's Business Law team, advising on business structuring, corporate transactions and financing, and resource and real estate development. His resource development work includes public utility land acquisitions for wind power and biomass generation projects, and his commercial real estate practice covers P3 developments and property matters for public and private clients. Michael earned his LL.B. from Dalhousie University in 1980. He's a director of the Building Owners and Managers Association and Rail Connects Nova Scotia, and has taught real estate management courses at Saint Mary's and Dalhousie universities.
