About Michael
Michael co-founded Kestenberg Litigation and handles complex, high-profile commercial disputes, with particular depth in defending professional negligence claims and banking litigation. He applies a pragmatic approach aimed at quick, cost-effective resolutions, including a strong track record on summary judgment motions. Michael has appeared at every level of court, including the Supreme Court of Canada, and represents clients such as LawPRO, Stewart Title, and Schedule A banks, as well as lawyers and Ontario Superior Court judges in professional negligence matters. He was called to the Ontario bar in 1976 after earning his BA from York University and his LLB from Osgoode Hall.
