About Tom

Tom's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including insolvency and recovery, fraud (including Land Titles fraud on behalf of title insurers), breach of fiduciary duty claims, and professional negligence matters. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Advocates' Society, and was called to the bar in New York in 1984 and in Ontario in 1991.
