Thomas G. Richards has practiced law since 1988 and was called to the bar by the Law Society of Ontario that year. He practiced Canadian immigration law in Guangzhou, China from 1999 to 2002, and since returning to Canada has focused on opposing IRPA removals, inadmissibility hearings, and appeals to the Federal Court, as well as appealing IRCC refusals of temporary resident, sponsorship, and other immigration applications.
