About Marc
Marc founded Kestenberg Litigation in 2023 after starting his career at Shearman & Sterling, working at Goodman and Carr and Ogilvy Renault, and becoming a partner at Norton Rose Fulbright before joining Kestenberg Siegal Lipkus in 2015. He advises and acts for clients on corporate and commercial litigation, including contract, partnership, shareholder, real estate, franchise, employment and administrative disputes. He was called to the bar in New York in 2003 and in Ontario in 2004.
