About Michael

Michael Laplante is a partner and a certified Specialist in Civil Litigation. His practice consists almost entirely of serious personal injury claims and insurance disputes. He spent six years at insurance defence firms in Vancouver and Toronto, joined Ferguson Barristers in 2002, and became a partner in 2007. Since 2002 he's represented injury victims exclusively, and since 2016 he's been recommended by Lexpert in personal injury.
