About William

Bill Taws is a certified Specialist in Estates and Trusts Law (certified in 2011) who also practises real estate, corporate and commercial law, and estate planning. He has a special interest in problem estates and estate mediation. He earned his law degree at the University of Western Ontario in 1980, was called to the Bar in 1982, and has practised in Midland since then. He was appointed a Deputy Judge of the Superior Court of Justice in 2000.
