About Amanda

Amanda Swarbreck joined Ferguson Deacon Taws in 2025 as an associate based out of the firm's Innisfil/South Barrie office, focusing on real estate, estate administration, and estate planning matters. She completed a Bachelor of Arts Honours at York University in 2008, graduating cum laude, then earned a Master of Arts from Western University in 2009 and her Juris Doctor, also from Western University, in 2014. She articled in personal injury law before being called to the Ontario bar in June 2015. Swarbreck grew up in Alliston and now practises close to home.
