About Peter
Peter Kott is a senior defence counsel at Mor Fisher LLP with a busy trial practice across Barrie, Simcoe County and the Greater Toronto Area. His caseload spans drug trafficking and possession, firearms offences, fraud and theft, violent offences, bail hearings and breach matters, as well as administrative and tribunal proceedings. In one recent case, Kott and a colleague secured the withdrawal of all charges against a client accused of fraud over $5,000 connected to a Barrie-area pool company, after a lengthy preliminary inquiry and continued advocacy following a direct indictment to Superior Court.
