Michael Church is senior counsel at CaleyWray with more than 35 years of labour law experience, including precedent-setting cases on drug and alcohol testing in the transportation industry. He acts for public and private sector trade unions, including in the construction industry, before labour boards, tribunals, arbitrators, and courts on judicial review and appeals. He has been the firm's articling principal for nearly 30 years and is active with the Canadian Association of Labour Lawyers.
