About Michael
Michael Elias is counsel at Ogilvie LLP after more than two decades as a partner, practicing corporate and commercial law and commercial real estate. Elias acts for developers, vendors, and purchasers on acquisitions, financing, leasing, and sales, and negotiates contracts for corporate clients. Elias earned a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Alberta in 1973 and was called to the Alberta bar in 1974. Elias was appointed Queen's Counsel in 1993 and has been recognized by Best Lawyers in Canada. Elias belongs to the Canadian Bar Association, the Edmonton Bar Association, and the Canadian Association of University Solicitors.
