About Preet
Preet Randhawa is the founder and principal lawyer of PK Randhawa Law, practicing primarily in family law and wills and estates. She earned her law degree from the University of Manitoba and holds a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Calgary. Before becoming a lawyer, Preet worked for more than a decade as a social worker, an experience she draws on in her legal practice. She favours mediation and alternative dispute resolution over litigation in divorce and separation matters, aiming to reduce the emotional and financial strain on families, particularly those with children. Preet takes a client-centred approach in divorce and separation cases, helping clients make informed decisions while working to protect their long-term stability. She is also involved in community and charitable work, including volunteer programs focused on children's education and support for orphanages in underprivileged countries.
