About Merv
Merv Sadden was raised on a family farm in Saskatchewan and was called to the British Columbia bar in 1990 after earning his law degree and a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Saskatchewan in 1989; he was later called to the Saskatchewan bar in 1995. For 32 years he has represented individuals in BC and Alberta who were injured through others' fault, with most clients injured in motor vehicle accidents. As a motorcycle rider himself, he has a particular interest in representing injured riders, and prepares every case as though it is headed to trial. He is a member of the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia and the Kamloops Bar Association.
