About Melissa

Melissa Fedsin is a Senior Associate and the firm's Managing Lawyer, practising family law and estate litigation and appearing before the Ontario Court of Justice and Superior Court of Justice. She advocates in high-conflict custody and access disputes, guides clients through collaborative resolution, and manages financial matters for clients across the income spectrum. She graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2010 after completing an intensive mediation program and serving as duty counsel at the Osgoode Legal Aid Clinic, articled with a major government tribunal, and later finished a Master's degree at the University of Toronto. Melissa joined the firm as a founding member in January 2013, sits on the Ontario Bar Association executive, and is President of the Halton County Law Association.
