About Jessica E.M. Boily

Jessica Boily is a partner in Gowling WLG's Toronto office whose work centres on environmental litigation. Defence of companies and individuals in federal, provincial and municipal enforcement matters, from inspections, employee interviews and search warrants through to charges for environmental offences.

Working with regulators on contaminated sites, director and officer liability, permits, chemical substances and dangerous goods, and acting at environmental assessment and approval hearings for projects such as waste and aggregate matters.
