About Megan

Megan Chan maintains a wide-ranging civil litigation practice, defending claims tied to motor vehicle accidents, occupiers' liability, and product liability, and also advising on insurance coverage matters. Before law school, Megan earned a Bachelor of Medical Sciences degree from Western University, then went on to complete a JD at the University of Toronto. Called to the Ontario bar in 2024, Megan works on areas such as class actions, statutory accident benefits claims, and property and subrogation matters.
