About Megan

Megan Klein is a partner in Verjee Law's Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group, where her practice covers commercial and contract litigation, shareholder and partnership disputes, and administrative and employment law matters. She has appeared before the Provincial Court of Alberta, the Court of King's Bench of Alberta, and the Alberta Court of Appeal, and has over 20 years of experience in insurance law, advising on commercial and property claims, professional negligence, and serious personal injury and wrongful death matters, with particular focus on insurance coverage questions. She also advises clients on incorporation, shareholder agreements, and other business transactions. She earned her LL.B. from the University of Calgary in 2002 and her B.A. from the University of Calgary in 1998, and is a member of the Law Society of Alberta, the Calgary Bar Association, and the Canadian Bar Association.
