About Amanda

Amanda Zalmanowitz is a litigation associate in Verjee Law's Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group, representing individuals and businesses in complex disputes. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation, shareholder and partnership disputes, and employment law, and she has appeared before the Provincial Court of Alberta, the Court of King's Bench, the Alberta Court of Appeal, and the Alberta Human Rights Commission. She earned her J.D. from the University of Saskatchewan in 2016, where she served as Managing Editor of the Saskatchewan Law Review, and a B.Sc. from the University of British Columbia in 2011. She is a member of the Law Society of Alberta, the Calgary Bar Association, and the Canadian Bar Association, and volunteers with the Walk-In Advocacy Clinic through Pro Bono Students Canada.
