Climenhaga practises commercial litigation, tax law, and wills, trusts, estates and estate litigation, representing clients in tax audits, objections, appeals, and voluntary disclosure applications, as well as commercial real estate disputes and estate administration and trust matters. Climenhaga also advises registered charities on governance and compliance. Climenhaga received the Ken Boyd Prize in Property Law and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners' Prize in Estate Planning. Climenhaga was called to the Alberta Bar in 2020.
