About Max
Max Russmann is a litigation lawyer with Kidston Helm Ross focusing on personal injury claims, insurance disputes, real estate and land disputes, and creditor's remedies. Fluent in German, he has represented Canadian and international clients at all levels of court in British Columbia. Raised on a cattle ranch in the North Okanagan, Russmann earned a Bachelor of Science in genetics and cell biology from the University of British Columbia, with a minor in English literature, then worked in biopharmaceutical research on Alzheimer's disease treatments before pursuing his law degree at UBC's Peter A. Allard School of Law, graduating in 2005. He was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2006 and has practiced full-time since. He has served as president of the Vernon Science and Discovery Society and O'Keefe Ranch and Interior Heritage Society and was named one of Vernon's Top 20 Under 40 in 2016.
