Matthew Traister is an associate lawyer focused on immigration and refugee matters, with particular strength in litigation. His work draws on experience clerking for judges of Canada's Federal Court, which he applies to careful and well-structured legal advice across a wide range of immigration and refugee agencies. He developed his interest in this field during law school, volunteering with refugee and human rights organizations and taking coursework in immigration and refugee law.
