About Daniel

Daniel founded Kingwell Immigration Law after more than 20 years of immigration law experience, including as a partner and litigation team leader at Mamann Sandaluk. He is a Law Society of Ontario certified specialist in citizenship and immigration law and has represented clients in Federal Court applications, judicial reviews, and Immigration and Refugee Board proceedings, including sponsorships, refugee claims, and humanitarian and compassionate applications. He was called to the Ontario bar in 1999 and belongs to the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, the Canadian Immigration Lawyers Association, and the Refugee Lawyers Association of Ontario.
