About Spenser

Spenser Cunningham practices corporate and commercial law, real estate, and estate planning and administration at KMSC Law LLP. She assists clients with incorporations, mergers and acquisitions, and business agreements, and her real estate practice covers private, commercial and agricultural property matters, alongside preparing wills, powers of attorney and personal directives. Spenser began her undergraduate studies at the University of Alberta before earning her Juris Doctor with distinction from Bond University in Gold Coast, Australia in 2018, and was called to the Alberta bar in 2020 and the British Columbia bar in 2026. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Grande Prairie Palliative Care Society and speaks at legal education seminars.
