About Matthew

Matthew Cowan is a partner at Bryan & Company advising corporate and individual clients on commercial real estate, corporate and commercial matters, mergers and acquisitions, and banking transactions, including multi-unit residential and mixed-use commercial developments. He is also heavily involved with the firm's residential real estate group. Matt earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta in 2013 and his J.D. from the same university in 2016, and was called to the Alberta bar in 2017.
