About Matthew

Matthew Badrov joined Littler's Toronto office as a partner from Sherrard Kuzz, advising employers on hiring, policy development, labour relations, grievance arbitration, collective bargaining, and misclassification risk. He regularly assists employers with wrongful and constructive dismissal and human rights litigation, has been recognized as a Five-Star Safety Lawyer by Canadian Occupational Safety, and has taught labour law at Conestoga College.
