He represents employers, including multinational and multi-jurisdictional entities, on civil litigation disputes, collective bargaining and agreement administration, grievance arbitrations, employment contracts, restrictive covenants, incentive compensation, hiring practices, human rights and accommodation, and workplace investigations.
