About Mathew

Mathew Tomas comes from a family of entrepreneurs who immigrated to Canada from Iraq in the 1980s. He earned a Bachelor of Commerce in 2013 and a Juris Doctor in 2018, both from the University of Saskatchewan, began his articles at Reliance Legal Group LLP in 2020, and was called to the bar in 2021, after which the firm offered him a position as an associate lawyer. He has developed a practice in civil litigation and criminal defence, and remains active in the fitness and Iraqi-Chaldean communities as a certified CanFitPro personal trainer.
